Log into your Brickabrac account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Drop Off Package
Attach the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
